DESCRIPTION

Self fertile, long lived, heirloom Mulberry tree with flavorful maroon to black berries. The taste resembles raspberries, and so delicious, it's sometimes described as 'the connoisseur’s choice.'  Rare in markets not only because they are awkward to transport, being plump with juice and so soft and tender. . . but also because they are so delicious and have such a narrow growth range

Yields fruit daily from late Spring through much of Summer. Deciduous and requires moderate water.

Prolific fruits attracts birds, but they are no match for the Mulberry: lay a burlap below fruiting trees to capture fallen mulberries. Delivered in a 15 gallon container.
