It's hard to describe the complex and dynamic flavors of local, fresh, and in season honey that was created by a rich assortment of local forage; from vegetable gardens and fruit trees to eucalyptus blossoms and wildflowers. The bees are tended with love and each small batch is lightly smoked with Eucalyputs foliage before being packaged with joy. Each jar is unique and our products range in size, honey color and flavor, and are available both with or without comb.

Small size is a generous 1/2lb pour, Medium size is a generous 1 lb pour, and the large size is a generous 3lb pour.
